I've ordered from Chocolab many times and the quality and customer service is always fantastic! I recently placed an order to be sent as a gift to a friend in far North Queensland and unfortunately my order arrived melted. I contacted Chocolab and my order was remade and shipped again super quickly with extra ice and insulated with extra packaging. My friend received it a few days later in perfect condition. Very happy with the service. Thanks Chocolab :)

Ordered a custom heart chocolate for a special occasion and my wife and I were both very impressed. The product was delicious and looked amazing, better than I’d hoped. Packaging was great and very quick professional service. Would definitely recommend this place.

Ordered two chocolate bars for Easter, in March, they arrived 2 days later! Such quick delivery times. Chocolates were wrapped in lots of packaging and they did not arrive melted at all. My husband LOVED the taste of the milk chocolate 🍫 and my son loved his white chocolate one with lots of lollies in it 😋 very happy, thank you!
